What is an HOA? HOA stands for Homeowner’s Association. You are obligated to join the HOA of your community when you move in. Some neighborhood even require it. HOA require homeowners to pay a monthly fee. Theses fees can cover services such as ongoing maintenance and repairs, insurance policies, utility payments, reverse funds, contingency funds, personnel, and professional property management. HOA’s can be great when it keeps your neighbor from painting their house neon, or when they provide amenities that you may of not paid for on your own.

SIMPLE & HEALTHY CHICKEN SWEET POTATO BAKE 

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic, diced
  • 1 extra large sweet potato, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1½ cup roughly diced onion
  • 1 lb raw chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 cups carrots, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 lb broccoli, steamed
  • ½ cup parmesan
