Foundation

Look around the interior walls and ceilings of each room. Are there apparent cracks or shifts in the foundation? Do the same around the outside. Does the foundation appear straight? Walk the perimeter of the home to inspect if there are any trees that may be encroaching on the structure of the foundation.

Exterior

Take a look outside at the exterior of the home. Are the gutters firmly attached? Are there any loose wires or

Storage

Storage is key. As a home seller you’ve got to have potential buyers in mind. Many of your would-be buyers may have lots of Texas-sized toys, think ATVs, dirtbikes, boats and trailers.
